It would be me too! We just ate dinner and had boiled potatoes, black eyed peas, fried oaka, home made biscuits, and refrigerator pickles and strawberry cake for dessert. Not quiet Jenny LOL

I think the best way to get rid of stress is to do something physical to increase your heart rate a bit. A brisk walk around the block or perhaps a 10-minute jog on the treadmill can help. Then follow it with a nice dip in the pool or spa.
